skcal ("we") is a personal calorie and body-composition tracker. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account: your phone number, and optionally an email, name, or profile image if provided by Google sign-in or Gravatar.
• Your data: weigh-ins, body-fat %, measurements, nutrition entries, meal and progress photos, workouts, targets, and messages you send to the skcal agent (in the app or over iMessage).

How we use it

• To provide the tracking features and show your dashboard.
• Meal photos/descriptions, voice notes, and agent messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to estimate macros and answer questions, and voice notes are transcribed by Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not use your data to train models.
• Access via the API/MCP server happens only with an OAuth token or API key you explicitly authorize; revoke it any time.

Storage & processors

Your data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 and R2). We share data only with the processors needed to run skcal: Cloudflare (hosting/storage/AI transcription), Anthropic (AI features), Twilio (sign-in codes), Photon (iMessage delivery), Stripe (billing), Google (optional sign-in), and Fastmail (email). We do not sell your data.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept until you delete it. You can delete your account and all of its data yourself in the app (tap your account circle, then Delete account), or by emailing support@skcal.fit. See Delete your account for the steps and exactly what is removed. To export your data, email support@skcal.fit.
