Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-01
By using skcal you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
skcal is provided for personal health and fitness tracking. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your account secure.
Not medical advice
skcal and its AI agent provide estimates and general guidance only. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
AI features
Macro estimates and agent responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Verify anything important.
Subscription and billing
skcal is a paid subscription: one plan, $10 per month, with every feature included. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months.
How you pay depends on where you subscribed:
- On the web: billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app.
- In the iPhone app (skcal monthly): payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Purchases through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- In the Android app: billed by Google Play. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions.
If the price changes, we'll tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before your next renewal.
Availability & warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
