Delete your account

You can permanently delete your skcal account and all of its data at any time. Deletion can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open the skcal app and sign in.
2. Tap your account circle in the top right corner.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

The account is deleted right away and the app returns to the sign-in screen.

Without the app

Email support@skcal.fit with the subject "Delete my skcal account". Send it from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with. We'll confirm the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in methods, sessions, and linked phone numbers.
• Weigh-ins, body-fat readings, measurements, targets, and nutrition totals.
• Meals, food items, meal and progress photos, and your profile picture.
• Workouts, reminders, agent conversations and memories, and your iMessage conversation history.
• API keys, scale ingest tokens, and connected app (OAuth) authorizations.

Subscriptions

A subscription billed through our website is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted. A subscription bought through the App Store is billed by Apple, so cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings as well; deleting your skcal account doesn't stop App Store billing.

What we keep

Payment processors keep their own records of past charges (for example Stripe invoices) as the law requires. Deleted data can remain in our database provider's point-in-time recovery backups for a limited period until those backups roll over. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
