Records a manual body-weight reading for the caller.

`POST /api/weight`

**Request body** (`application/json`, required)

The weigh-in to record.

- `weightKg` (number, required) — Body weight to log, in kilograms.
- `bodyFatPct` (number | null) — Optional body-fat percentage for the weigh-in.
- `note` (string) — Optional note (truncated to 500 characters).
